3rd – 12th Grade: Please complete the form below and pay the application fee.

Crew evaluations will be held Friday, May 12th, from 4-8pm.

Company evaluations will be held on Saturday, May 13th, from 1-5pm.

*Season 10 Crew dancers: attend Crew evaluations and Company evaluations if you are wanting to be considered for the Company program.

*Season 10 Company dancers: attend Company evaluations only. 

*New to LDP or to Company & Crew: Attend Crew evaluations on Friday, May 12th from 4-8pm. You may have a call back for Saturday, May 13th, from 1-5pm.
