Looking for an instructor well versed in different dance styles including, but not limited to ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, acro dance. Front Desk

We like to call this position our Director of First Impressions or DOFI for short.

(part time with an opportunity to grow into a full time position)

10-25 hours per week, starting rate based on previous experience

We are looking for an energetic welcoming greeter to join our LDP Dream Team. You will be the first person to meet our current and NEW students, answer phone calls and assist in the day to day needs of the studio hustle and bustle.

What’s the gig?

The Director of First Impressions - Lead (DOFI-Lead) is responsible for serving as the welcoming presence of LDP by greeting guests and staff in a warm, sincere, and upbeat manner. You will be responsible for the first impression that our new and existing students have every time they enter the building and call or chat for information. The Director of First Impressions - Lead position sets the initial tone for LDP’s brand experience and provides leadership amongst the DOFI’s. The perfect candidate smiles frequently, is naturally positive, has a can-do attitude and great judgement. You will be expected to answer phones with a helpful attitude and assist with student attendance, teacher and administration communication, scheduling, data input, managing the store, daily office upkeep, mail/email and be responsible for ensuring the front desk is staffed appropriately.
