      • Pre-sale tickets will be available for purchase on November 10th at 12:00pm. Click here to access the ticket site.
        • Tickets range from $19-$25
        • Reserved seating only
  • Pre-sale Ticketing
        • November 10th at 12:00pm – November 24th
          • Families can purchase a maximum of 5 tickets per show their dancer performs in. Since your dancer has the opportunity to perform in all six shows, we encourage our Mini/Junior Crew and Company families to purchase tickets only for the recommended show colors (Red, Yellow, or Purple). This will help ensure that our Club families can watch their dancers’ performance without the risk of the show selling out.
            • Red Show: December 19th 5pm
            • Yellow Show: December 20th 10am
            • Purple Show: December 20th 5pm

Open Ticketing

    • November 24th at 6:30pm until performance day
      • Ticket sales will open on a first-come, first-served basis. Families are not guaranteed a certain amount of tickets. The shows will sell out! We encourage all families to purchase their 5 tickets during the pre-sale time and then purchase what is available during the open ticketing time. 

Costume Distribution Week: December 1st – 6th

    • Costumes will be distributed in the back of the LDP building during studio hours.

Photo Information

  • We are excited to launch our new photo experience this Winter Wonderland, which will enable you to receive your dancers’ photos easier and faster than ever and provide more purchase options to suit your family’s needs.
  • Within two weeks of your dancer’s photo session, you will receive an email link to view and purchase your Winter Wonderland photos. Purchase options include:
    • Print and Print+Digital Packages starting at $20
    • Single Image Digital Downloads, $25/photo
    • All Images Digital Download, $100/dancer
  • After purchase, digital downloads will be available immediately, and print products will be sent directly to your home.
  • Watch your inbox during photo week; you’ll receive an email with a unique access code that will enable you to subscribe to text notifications as soon as your photos are ready! Miss the early access email? No problem – you’ll still get your photo link via email as soon as they’re ready!

How do I handle having my dancer in multiple classes? 

    • Finding what shows my dancer’s other classes are in
      • Please refer to the show lineup as to which dance is performed first for your dancer. Your dancer should arrive in their first costume and have the rest of their costumes labeled & hung up. Please label EVERY piece of their costume and each shoe. Bring a laundry basket to help costume pieces and shoes stay together as dancers change. 
      • You will not need to come backstage to help your dancer. We have a team of trained staff who are experts at getting your dancer on stage looking polished and refreshed. You get to sit back and enjoy the show!

Hair

      • We are making some exciting enhancements to our makeup requirements. Specific recommendations are coming soon!
Costume
      • All costume details will be posted in BAND by November 18th. Until then, click here to check our dress code to ensure your dancer has the correct shoes for the performance. Visit our Swag Boutique to purchase any needed dress code items.

In-Studio Dress Rehearsal and Photos: Saturday, December 13th:
Ballet 3 | 5-7 9:00-10:00am
Contemporary 3 | 5-7 10:00-11:00am

    • Check-In: Please check in your dancer at the outside door of Studio C. A sign will indicate which class is currently being checked in. Before approaching, wait until your dancer’s class is listed as the “check-in” class. Check-in will begin 5 minutes before the scheduled time slot. Click here for the video.
      • All dancers should be in full costume and appropriate dance shoes with hair and make-up completed upon check-in.
      • Parents will not be allowed into the studio unless they are an approved LDP Volunteer. 
      • Please do not send dancers with any belongings. Dance bags, water bottles, etc., are not needed and may get lost if brought. Dancers will be kept busy by photos and rehearsal.
    • Check-Out: Afterward, the dancers have rehearsal. 

In-Theatre Tech Rehearsal: Tuesday, December 16th, 6:45pm-8:30pm Cordova High School

    • Call Time: 6:30pm
    • NO costumes will be worn. Dancers will arrive in their show shirts, which they are given with their costumes, black dancewear bottoms, and all the shoes they need for their dance. No make-up is required. Hair must be pulled away from the face, but the show hairstyle is not required. 
    • Check-In: In the theatre lobby. Signs will be posted and class moms will be there to gather the dancers.
    • Check-Out: in the theatre lobby. Signs will be posted and class moms will be with the dancers.

The Performance: December 19th, 5:00pm Cordova High School

    • Call Time: 4:30pm
    • Check-In is on the side of the theatre at the glass doors. ​​Follow the check-in signs, and the Dream Team will be there to walk your dancer to the holding room. 
      • All dancers should be in full costume and appropriate dance shoes, with hair and make-up completed upon check-in.
      • Parents will not be allowed backstage unless they are an approved LDP Volunteer. 
      • Please do not send dancers with any belongings backstage. Dance bags, water bottles, etc., are not needed and may get lost if brought backstage. We will provide fun activities for them to do backstage. 
    • Check-Out will take place on stage. We will ask the audience to exit the auditorium and leave only ONE parent/guardian to pick up the dancer. Dancers will be dismissed by class on the sides of the stage. 

If your dancer is enrolled in the Contemporary Fusion 5-7yrs. class, they are performing in the RED SHOW for that class. Click here for the Red Show details.

Petite Crew (Green Show)

    • Check-In: Please check in your dancer at the outside door of Studio C. A sign will indicate which class is currently being checked in. Before approaching, wait until your dancer’s class is listed as the “check-in” class. Check-in will begin 5 minutes before the scheduled time slot. Click here for the video.
      • All dancers should be in full costume and appropriate dance shoes with hair and make-up completed upon check-in.
      • Parents will not be allowed into the studio unless they are an approved LDP Volunteer. 
      • Please do not send dancers with any belongings. Dance bags, water bottles, etc., are not needed and may get lost if brought. Dancers will be kept busy by photos and rehearsal.
    • Check-Out: Check-out will also occur at the outside door of Studio C, with a sign displaying which class is ready for pick-up. While we strive to release dancers on time, please be prepared for a possible delay of up to 15 minutes if rehearsals or photos run over schedule. We appreciate your understanding!

In-Theatre Tech Rehearsal: Tuesday, December 16th, 5:15-7:15pm Cordova High School

    • Call Time: 5:00pm
    • NO costumes will be worn. Dancers will arrive in their show shirts, which they are given with their costumes, black dancewear bottoms, and all the shoes they need for their dance. No make-up is required. Hair must be pulled away from the face, but the show hairstyle is not required. 
  • Check-In: In the theatre lobby. Signs will be posted and class mom will be there to gather the dancers.
  • Check-Out: in the theatre lobby. Signs will be posted and class mom will be with the dancers.

The Performance: December 20th, 12:00pm Cordova High School

    • Call Time: 11:30am
    • Check-in is on the side of the theatre at the glass doors. ​​Follow the check-in signs, and the Dream Team will be there to walk your dancer to the holding room. 
      • All dancers should be in full costume and wear appropriate dance shoes, with hair and make-up completed upon check-in.
      • Parents will not be allowed backstage unless they are an approved LDP Volunteer. 
      • Please do not send dancers with any belongings backstage. Dance bags, water bottles, etc., are unnecessary and may get lost if brought backstage. We will provide fun activities for them to do backstage. 
    • Check-Out will take place on stage. We will ask the audience to exit the auditorium and leave only ONE parent/guardian to pick up the dancer. Dancers will be dismissed by class on the sides of the stage. 

If your dancer is enrolled in the Contemporary Fusion 7-9yrs. class, they are also performing in the GREEN SHOW for that class.

Mini & Junior Crew ALL SHOWS

Before approaching, wait until your dancer’s class is listed as the “check-in” class. Check-in will begin 5 minutes before the scheduled time slot. Click here for the video.
      • All dancers should be in full costume and appropriate dance shoes with hair and make-up completed upon check-in.
      • Parents will not be allowed into the studio unless they are an approved LDP Volunteer. 
      • Please do not send dancers with any belongings. Dance bags, water bottles, etc., are not needed and may get lost if brought. Dancers will be kept busy by photos and rehearsal.
      • A group photo will be taken. Individual photos will not be taken unless specifically requested. Please request an individual photo by reaching out to wendy@leightondanceproject.com.
    • Check-Out: Dancers have class following their rehearsal. They will have a chance to change grab a snack and then head to their designated classes. Class moms will be there during this time to assist. 

In-Theatre Tech Rehearsal: Thursday, December 18th, 4:00-8:30pm

    • Call Time: 3:45pm
  • NO costumes will be worn. Dancers will arrive in their show shirts, which they are given with their costumes, black dancewear bottoms, and all the shoes they need for their dance. No make-up is required. Hair must be pulled away from the face, but the show hairstyle is not required. 
  • Check-In: In the theatre lobby. Signs will be posted and class mom will be there to gather the dancers.
  • Check-Out: in the theatre lobby. Signs will be posted and class mom will be with the dancers.

The Performance: December 19th, 5pm & 7pm. December 20th, 10am, 12pm, 3pm, 5pm. December 21st, 12pm, 2pm Cordova High School

    • Check-In is on the side of the theatre at the glass doors. ​​Follow the check-in signs, and the Dream Team will be there to walk your dancer to the holding room. 
      • All dancers should be in full costume with hair and make-up complete upon check-in.
      • Parents will not be allowed backstage unless they are an approved LDP Volunteer. 
    • Check-Out will take place at the glass doors on the side of the theater. Dancers will be dismissed by class. One parent or guardian must come to the check-out location to ensure your dancer is safely released at the end of the performance day.
      • Dancers will NOT be checked out between shows or during the lunch break.
    • Lunch will take place from 1:15pm-2:15pm. Lunch can be dropped off for your dancer at the designated table backstage near the glass door entrance, or the team may plan a group picnic-style lunch at the theater.
    • Dry peanut-free snacks are permitted backstage for dancers to eat between shows. Please pack a robe in their laundry basket to cover their costume while eating.
      • Water only!
