Performance & Costume Fees Charged

September 15th

  • $100 per dancer
  • Costume Fees
    • $85 per Cutie Club Class (12m-24m, 2-3yr., 3-4yr., 4-5yr. classes)
    • $95 per Club Class (5-7yr., 7-9yr., 9-11yr., 11-14yr., 14-18yr.)

Tickets Go On Sale

November 10th at 6:30pm

  • Tickets range from $19-$25. 
  • Reserved seating only

Pre-sale Ticketing

  • November 10th at 6:30pm – November 24th at 6:30pm
  • Families can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per show their dancer performs in

Open Ticketing

  • November 24th at 6:30pm until performance day
    • Ticket sales will open on a first-come, first-served basis. Families are not guaranteed a certain number of tickets. The shows will sell out! We encourage all families to purchase their 4 tickets during the pre-sale time and then purchase what is available during the open ticketing time. 

Costume Distribution Week

December 1st – 6th

Costumes will be distributed in the back of the LDP building during studio hours.

Purchasing Photo Information

  • Click here to fill out the form to pre-order photos OR request an online gallery.
    • Pre-Sale Photos 
      • $72 for one class, $90 for ALL classes per dancer
      • $110 per family for families with multiple dancers
      • Invoices must be paid before photos are sent. 
      • Pre-order photos are purchasing photos sight unseen. All photos of your dancer (individual, group, and sibling, if applicable) will be given. Minimum of 4 photos per class. 
    • Online Gallery Photos
      • Within four weeks of the photos being taken, you will receive an email with the link and passcodes to your dancer(s) photos.  
      • $25 per photo. 

How do I handle having my dancer in multiple classes? 

Please refer to the show lineup (coming November 1st) as to which dance is performed first for your dancer. Your dancer should arrive in their first costume and have the rest of their costumes labeled & hung up. Please label EVERY piece of their costume and each shoe. Bring a laundry basket to help costume pieces and shoes stay together as dancers change. 

  • You will not need to come backstage to help your dancer. We have a team of trained staff who are experts at getting your dancer on stage looking polished and refreshed. You get to sit back and enjoy the show!

In-Studio Dress Rehearsal and Photos: Saturday, December 13th – 11:30-12:30am

    • Check-In: Please check in your dancer at the outside door of Studio C. A sign will indicate which class is currently being checked in. Before approaching, wait until your dancer’s class is listed as the “check-in” class. Check-in will begin 5 minutes before the scheduled time slot. Click here for a video on the process.
      • All dancers should be in full costume and appropriate dance shoes with hair and make-up completed upon check-in.
      • Parents will not be allowed into the studio unless they are an approved LDP Volunteer. 
      • Please do not send dancers with any belongings. Dance bags, water bottles, etc., are not needed and may get lost if brought. Dancers will be kept busy by photos and rehearsal.
    • Check-Out: Check-out will also occur at the outside door of Studio C, with a sign displaying which class is ready for pick-up. While we strive to release dancers on time, please be prepared for a possible delay of up to 15 minutes if rehearsals or photos run over schedule. We appreciate your understanding!

(Friday’s picture day is only for Spotlight group pictures. Please refer to your individual show hubs for additional technique classes and when they are scheduled for in studio dress rehearsal and photos)

In-Theatre Tech Rehearsal: Tuesday, December 16th, 6:45pm-8:30pm Cordova High School

  • Call Time: 6:30pm
    • NO costumes will be worn. Dancers will arrive in their show shirts they are given with their costumes, black dancewear bottoms, and all the shoes they need for their dance. No make-up is required. Hair must be pulled away from the face, but the show hairstyle is not required. 
  • Check-In: In the theatre lobby. Signs will be posted, and class moms will be out front. 
  • Check-Out: In the theatre lobby, opposite the check-in area. Signs will be posted.
    • Class moms will message on BAND IF the class finishes rehearsing before the ending time.

The Performance: December 19th, 5:00pm Cordova High School

    • Call Time: 4:30pm
    • Check-in is on the side of the theatre at the glass doors. ​​Follow the check-in signs, and the Dream Team will be there to walk your dancer to the holding room. 
      • All dancers should be in full costume and appropriate dance shoes with hair and make-up completed upon check-in.
      • Parents will not be allowed backstage unless they are an approved LDP Volunteer. 
      • Please do not send dancers with any belongings backstage. Dance bags, water bottles, etc., are not needed and may get lost if brought backstage. We will provide fun activities for them to do backstage. 
    • Check-Out will take place on stage. We will ask the audience to exit the auditorium and leave only ONE parent/guardian to pick up the dancer. Dancers will be dismissed by class on the sides of the stage.

    • All dancers should be in full costume and wear appropriate dance shoes, with hair and make-up completed upon check-in.
    • Parents will not be allowed backstage unless they are an approved LDP Volunteer. 
  • Check-Out will take place on stage. We will ask the audience to exit the auditorium and leave only ONE parent/guardian to pick up the dancer. Dancers will be dismissed by class on the sides of the stage.

SPOTLIGHT | 7-11yrs. (Blue & Purple Shows)

      • NO costumes will be worn. Dancers will arrive in their show shirts they are given with their costumes, black dancewear bottoms, and all shoes they need for their dance. No make-up is required. Hair must be pulled away from the face, but the show hairstyle is not required. 
      • Miss Megan will post in Band IF the dancers are ready to be picked up prior to 8:00pm
        • Check-In: In the theatre lobby. Signs will be posted, and class moms will be out front. 
  • Snack break: Please pack a quick, light, dry snack for dancers to have in between the yellow and green show tech rehearsals.
      • Check-Out: In the theatre lobby, opposite the check-in area. Signs will be posted.
        • Class moms will message on BAND IF the class finishes rehearsing before the ending time.

The Performance: December 20th, 3:00pm (Blue Show) & 5:00pm (Purple Show)Cordova High School

    • Call Time: 2:30pm
    • Check-in is on the side of the theatre at the glass doors. ​​Follow the check-in signs, and the Dream Team will be there to walk your dancer to the holding room. 
      • All dancers should be in full costume and wear appropriate dance shoes, with hair and make-up completed upon check-in.
      • Parents will not be allowed backstage unless they are an approved LDP Volunteer. 
      • Dancers should arrive with a laundry basket with all show costumes, shoes, a dry peanut-free snack to eat between shows and robe so they can cover their costume while eating. Please do not send dancers with any additional belongings such as dance bags or water bottles, as they are not needed and may get lost backstage. We will provide fun activities for them to do backstage.
      • Dry peanut-free snacks are permitted backstage for dancers to eat between shows. Please make sure to pack a robe in their laundry basket so they can cover their costume while eating. 
        • Water only!
    • Check-Out will take place on stage after their last show. We will ask the audience to exit the auditorium and leave only ONE parent/guardian to pick up the dancer. Dancers will be dismissed by class on the sides of the stage. 
      • Dancers will NOT be checked out between the Blue (3:00pm) and Purple (5:00pm) shows.
