Join us for a high energy hour of Zumba!

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates HIP-HOP, SOCA, SAMBA, SALSA, MERENGUE & MAMBO. Many strength training movements are included such as squats and lunges.

LDP Zumba! classes are an hour of high energy fun in a positive, supportive environment.
All classes are taught by instructors licensed by Zumba Fitness.
FUN ZUMBA FACT: In one hour of Zumba, a person can burn 600 calories, depending on the energy put forth!
