FINESSE

Dance requires strong and fluid muscle control. Learning to use finesse in movement allows the athlete to perform at a high rate, while using much less muscle exertion. This dance training can be applied to all athletics.


SPEED & FOOTWORK

Athletic outcome is faster when using relaxed muscles—Relaxed muscles actually move, and perform more quickly when relaxed.
